Since qualifying, Iain has specialised in non-contentious Property Law, dealing with general and Commercial Conveyancing. Iain acts for a number of large companies and has particular expertise in dealing with Leasehold interests including Landlord and Tenant matters, Acquisitions and Disposals, Renewals, Dilapidations and Licences.
