Philip Holt

Philip was born and educated in south-west London. He has achieved a high level of experience in the commercial industry and holds various qualifications including a Diploma in Management and Training and various International Air Transportation and/or Industry qualifications (IATA/FIATA).

He joined Stone Rowe Brewer in 1996 and was made a Partner in August 2005. He developed his interest and practice in Personal Injury, Clinical Negligence, Professional Negligence and Property Litigation. He now deals solely with personal injury work and medical negligence cases. Philip has a keen interest in developing our clinical negligence practice and has a particular interest in misdiagnosis cases including cancers, errors relating to treatment and advice, negligence, sub-standard treatment/care, defective products and hospital acquired infections, amongst other things.

Philip is a Senior Litigator Member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers which is an Association dedicated to promoting the interests of accident victims and the improvement of services provided by the personal injury lawyer.

Philip is also able to assist clients who require alternative sources of funding other than legal aid where this may not be available, by offering schemes such as Conditional Fee or 'no-win, no-fee' as well as other litigation funding options.

Philip's hobbies include Rock Climbing, Mountaineering, Karate, Thai Boxing, Sea Fishing and Fell Walking.

Philip lives in Bisley and is married with a son and daughter.
