Paul McNutt

Paul leads the Personal Injury Department which undertakes a wide range of personal injury work, including Road Traffic accidents, Accidents at work, tripping/slipping claims, Criminal Injuries Compensation and Clinical Negligence.

Paul is a member of the Law Society's Personal Injury Panel, and a Fellow of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL)

His Department participates in the National Accident Helpline scheme, thus providing readily available advice to accident victims and conducting personal injury claims on a conditional fee (no win, no fee) basis in association with appropriate insurance arrangements.

As well as the normal range of personal injury work, Paul regularly conducts industrial disease claims including those related to asbestos conditions (such as mesothelioma, pleural thickening and pleural plaques), vibration white finger and noise-induced hearing loss.

Stone Rowe Brewer LLP is accredited by APIL in relation to Personal Injury work.
