Sarah Smith
I will assist you in all aspects of employment law, whether you are an employee or an employer, together with general civil and commercial litigation.
I was born in Ireland, where I undertook a degree in Law and Business at University College Dublin. I joined Stone Rowe Brewer LLP in 2008. In 2010, I completed the Legal Practise Course (LPC), at The College of Law in London, with Distinction. I completed my training in June 2011 and now specialise in employment law. I am a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
I understand that making employment decisions, whether you are an employee or an employer, can often be difficult. However, I will advise you as to all of the options available to you to help you make an informed decision.
From an employee’s perspective, I can provide you with the information you require in a clear and straightforward manner, to help alleviate the stress that is often involved in making employment decisions, whether it is a new employment contract, redundancy or dismissal.
From an employer’s perspective, I can provide you with high quality advice on employment matters, over a range of both contentious and non contentious matters. I can assist, either you directly or your HR department, in managing and conducting employment tribunal cases, or advising and supporting you on employment law issues and changes, to ensure your policies and procedures are up to date.
I moved to Twickenham in 2006 and enjoy cycling to work, yoga, running, dance and travelling.
